Salon Cass Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Salon Cass offers both premium hair extensions and professional beauty tools. Due to the nature of these product categories, our returns and warranty policies differ by product type.
HAIR EXTENSIONS — FINAL SALE
All hair extensions, wigs, closures, bundles, and lace products are considered final sale due to the hygienic and personal nature of these items. Once an order has been fulfilled, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Unopened Hair Returns (Store Credit Only):
Unopened and unused hair extensions may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Product must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No Returns on the Following:
- Opened or used hair
- Lace products (frontals, closures, wigs)
- Custom, colored, bleached, cut, brushed, styled, or installed hair

Clearance or discounted items
ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to the hygiene and safety reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair. Hair that has been opened, exposed to perfume, smoke or any scent, label removed, band removed, removed from wrapper, cut, curled, shampooed, dyed, worn, combed, brushed, or altered in any kind of way. Hair extensions are considered a hygiene sensitive product, once opened the product cannot be resold and is therefore not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
WE DO NOT provide refunds for buyers remorse ,wrong texture, wrong length or color selection, Please review your order before checkout.
Quality Concerns:
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video for review. Approved cases may receive replacement or store credit at Salon Cass’s discretion. Help@salocass.com
FLAT IRONS & PROFESSIONAL TOOLS — RETURNS & WARRANTY
Salon Cass styling tools are eligible for return or replacement under the terms below.
7-Day Return (Unopened Only)
Unopened and unused tools may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Opened or used tools that function properly are not eligible for refund.
1-Year Limited Warranty (Replacement Only)
All Salon Cass styling tools include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty covers:
- Electrical defects
- Failure to heat
- Malfunction
- Abnormal performance
Warranty does not cover:
- Customer damage
- Wear & tear
- Drops, burns, or cracked plates
- Preference or dissatisfaction
- Misuse or modification
Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim, please provide:
-Order number
-Video demonstrating defect
-Photo of product and packaging
Once approved, defective units must be returned to Salon Cass. Salon Cass will ship a replacement at no cost. No refunds are issued for used tools under warranty.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Salon Cass does not reimburse shipping fees.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Hair extensions (opened or used) cut , colored,shampooed, curled, seal broken or tampered with in any way possible.
- Lace products
- Clearance items
- Tools purchased more than 7 days ago
- Tools under warranty with no defect
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to fast processing, orders cannot be canceled after submission.
