5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on hot tools and eligible products within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. NO REFUNDS … please read our policy as well for details.
ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to the hygiene and safety reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair. Hair that has been opened, exposed to perfume, smoke or any scent, label removed, band removed, removed from wrapper, cut, curled, shampooed, dyed, worn, combed, brushed, or altered in any kind of way. Hair extensions are considered a hygiene sensitive product, once opened the product cannot be resold and is therefore not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
