Our standard shipping method takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Lost Package policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping carriers.
Once packages  are scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to

-FedEx
-DHL
-UPS
Salon Cass is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Claimes must be filed directly with the carrier.
